Ms. Johnson joined QES in 2015. Prior to that, she managed operations for a Washington DC metro area based company, and has more than a decade of experience in office management, process improvement, and process automation. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
